Here are Kenny's splits from his morning run today. I sent them to Thomas, because I was blown away by the consistency, especially given the hill. Coach, too, was blown away. He said he has never seen a kid that age so in tune with his body when it comes to pacing. It's a strange gift young Kenneth has, but one perfectly suited to swimming long distance. Would have been a waste if he was a badminton player.
