Last night, young Kenneth, Challenger School 8th grade graduate, accepted his diploma and delivered a speech titled," A Tribute to Parents."

There's a lot I could say about his accomplishments at Challenger over the last 11 years, but I'll just say this: the kid is a damn solid speech writer and public speaker, and that's all due to the outstanding education he received and his personal determination to achieve. Until 5th grade, he had terrible stage fright. But he still had to deliver the speeches the school assigned every other week. So, he decided he'd get over the fear and embrace the challenge. And that he did. Last night, he made himself, his family and his school proud.

I don't know how many of you will take the four minutes to watch the video I'm posting here of Kenny's speech, but I promise you it's not time wasted.

The regional director came up to Kenny after the ceremony to let him know that was the best speech he has remembered hearing in the past 20 years.
